Service description

Content includes general budgeting exercises, seasonal swap illustrations, and calculators that describe typical supermarket arithmetic. Deliverables are educational and cultural; they are not tailored medical nutrition services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site in a way that impairs performance, not to upload malware, and not to misrepresent affiliation with the studio. Public reviews should reflect your honest experience without defamatory language.

Intellectual property

PDFs and printed kits are licensed for personal or single-household classroom-style use unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Redistribution of source files is not permitted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, the studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Law and venue

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Netherlands. Courts in Haarlem have jurisdiction for business disputes unless mandatory consumer rules assign another forum.
